My wife and I began shopping for a house in Sun City in April of last year. Allison was our guide. She sent us daily emails of homes for sale for months. Her patience with us seemed endless. We finally decided on one in August. Allison handled all the negotiations, inspections, repairs and paperwork so that we were able to move in late September. We love our new home and Allison made the difficult process work seamlessly. We heartily recommend her as a Realtor. A true professional!

I almost don’t know where to begin with how amazing Allison is. My mother in law finally decided it was time to sell the home she had been in for over 3 decades. It was a delicate sale because after my father in law passed 7 years ago it was fill with the memories and life she shared with him that she had not been prepared to walk away from. We just completed our first home purchase ever, and the process was made so pleasant with the knowledge and attentiveness of Allison Salmon. It is always a relief to hear an answer to any question you may have or to be told “I will find out.” Allison made herself available to us day and night –always ready to answer any critical, or silly questions. Allison scheduled us to sit down the same or next day after we reached out to her to better establish our wants and our needs. We provided Allison with our non-negotiables and our furthest reaches on features and layout. It was a journey narrowing in on the exact property we wanted. Between Allison’s filtered MLS listings and my browsing on Zillow, we were able to find more than a few options. Like many buyers, we found our dream home and made an aggressive offer just to see ourselves come in second place. On Allison’s advice we began to look at new builds in the area, in part, to forego the bidding process. Ultimately, I was able to locate a relisted new build from Ashton Woods (also great!) that was being completed a mere few weeks out from the day we toured. Allison really showed her expertise when it came to what I imagine would be standard questions for the builder. But as a first-time buyer, it is hard to know what you don’t know! She was able to ask all sorts of questions I would not have thought about such as grading in backyard, fixtures blocked for fans, and irrigation. We are now in our brand-new house and were extremely satisfied with Allison’s dedication both in the process of purchasing and for answering questions after closing. In the future I look forward to working with her again on my next home purchase.
